Every bar Deom produces is gluten-free. We do not split our production between gluten-containing and gluten-free lines: we manufacture exclusively gluten-free, muesli-type bars.
Why gluten-free matters to your customers
For people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity, gluten-free snacks are not a trend but a daily necessity. A gluten-free bar is also an easy choice for shops, cafes and caterers who want one product that suits as many customers as possible.
Under EU rules, a food may be labelled gluten-free only if it contains no more than 20 mg of gluten per kilogram. Oats can be used in gluten-free products only if they are specially produced and meet the same limit.
